Hole in the wall restaurant with friendly service and delicious yet affordable food (their lunch menu is a steal). I really enjoyed the chicken pakora, the breading was light and crispy. The garlic naan that comes with the lunch special was huge, I like that they don't skimp on their portions. Their keema naan was pretty good, especially paired with their chutneys. I can't wait to come back to try the rest of their menu!
Yak soup, traditional tibetan dish with spices from mountain. It's spiciness can also be adjusted from 1-10. I chose 10
Super tasty coconut chicken and Naan Highly recommend the coconut chicken and get medium spice. Just spicy enough. Trying the lamb next time! Seen this spot for so many years. Finally tried it and it’s really good. Dimly lit inside but good quality is good.
My friends and I didn’t know where we wanted to eat for my birthday dinner, we were walking across the street and smelled something HEAVENLY. Realized it was coming from the cute little Indian cafe and we all decided to eat here. 12/10 experience, amazing service and hospitality and even more amazing food! We live about an hour away but we will be coming back here for future dinners!
New owners since August 2018. Was craving Indian food and headed to India Cafe. All the dishes we ordered hit the spot. We had chicken pakoras, lamb korma, and chicken thali with regular and garlic naan. Great service and wonderful food!! Also tried Nepalese beer. Update: went again on 10/27/20 and tried more dishes. Yak chili, lamb tikka masala, chicken momo, garlic naan. It was our first time trying yak meat, tasted like beef but more lean. Loved the flavor! All the dishes were flavorful.
Delicious food. Had the chicken momo and saag paneer. Can’t wait to go back to try the Thukpa
Spectacular! The best Chicken Tikka Masala, rice was incredible as well! Garlic Naan is also a must! Talik (manager or owner) was friendly and attentive! Not one thing to complain about….
