Raja Indian Food

Delicious, fresh (and authentic at least according to the Bengali woman ordering in front of me). I got to try some combinations of veggies i’ve never had before and they were all super tasty. The portions are large and I also loved the salad and condiments that were served with it. Yum!

Highly recommend! Incredible flavors! Like nothing else we’ve experienced before! Delicious, nutritious, and a wonderful adventure for your tastebuds! We had to buy a jar of the lime hot sauce because we can’t get enough of it! So nice to have excellent Indian food in Naalehu! If you live in the area, they also have a very convenient pick up service on non-market days. Thank you! See you next week :)

What a find!! Indian food in one of the most Southern points of the USA. Delicious, fresh, farm to table delights made with locally grown greens, and flavours that remind you of home cooking. I had the mixed greens (Amaranth, Collards, Kale) curried chick peas w/potato and stir fried tempeh with a paratha (Indian bread) cabbage slaw w/sesame dressing and an amazing lemon pickle and tamarind sauce and all Vegan. Yummmm 😋 Wish I lived closeby, I would be ordering every week.

I tried their wrap plate for the first time at the OKK Market this week. The meal was fantastic and packed full of yummy flavors and textures. It was like a party in my mouth. As a bonus, they shared what fresh local vegetables were used in their cooking which is something I try to look for when eating out. I feel like whatever you order here, you can never go wrong. I will definitely be dining from Raja Indian Food again.

Best Indian food on the big island! Would recommend stopping by the farmers market where this Indian food stall is located on your drive to and from Volcano or Hilo.
