We decided to go here for my husband’s birthday and were delighted With our choice. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Once our waiter and the owner heard we were celebrating a birthday, they offered a complimentary dessert, too!

Our first time eating here is 100/10!! The servers were very attentive and the food was very good. Compared to other Indian restaurants in the area Sapphire is by far the best. It’s also obvious that all of the food is fresh and it’s the best Naan I’ve had in California. The Chicken Vindaloo and Lamb Curry are worth the try. The honey balls for dessert were a great church. I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try.

I came here for a birthday dinner with three friends. It was wonderful. The dishes were so flavorful, the ambience is beautiful and the service is top notch. I loved the Indian background music. We ordered vegetable samosas, lamb samosas, chicken tikka masala, paneer masala, garlic naan and a very flavorful cauliflower dish, Gobi Manchurian, that we all loved. We shared gulab jamun and shahi kesar keer for dessert, both tasty and satisfying. The owner, Mr. Singh, was on-site and asked us about our experience. He recommended a healthy broccoli dish that we might try in the future. I highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely, satisfying dinner with friendly, quick, attentive service.

When I say this was the best service ever I mean it. The way they offered us food to try for Free. Can’t find that anywhere anymore. The Chicken tandoori THE BESTTTT. As Well as the dan puri and Pani puri! Please come here.

Sapphire Indian Cuisine in Rancho Bernardo exceeded my expectations. I ordered the lamb curry, and it was incredible—perfectly tender, rich in flavor, and cooked to perfection and the garlic naan was fresh and warm. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You can really taste the care and tradition in every dish. I’ll absolutely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Saphire Indian Cuisine, and it was one of the best Indian culinary experiences I've ever had. Every dish was incredibly fresh, showcasing authentic Indian flavors. The restaurant is spacious with beautiful lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They also have a venue perfect for hosting large gatherings. I highly recommend trying the following dishes: - Chicken Vindaloo: A spicy and tangy dish with tender chicken marinated in vinegar and aromatic spices. - Lamb Rogan Josh: A rich and flavorful curry featuring succulent lamb cooked with yogurt, garlic, and a blend of spices. -Pani Puri: A delightful appetizer with crispy puris filled with tangy tamarind water, spicy potatoes, and chickpeas. - Tandoori Lamb Chops: Juicy lamb chops marinated in a blend of spices and yogurt, cooked to perfection in a tandoor. - Yamato Halwa: A delectable dessert made from grated yam, cooked with ghee, sugar, and flavored with cardamom. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would highly recommend you give this restaurant a try!!!

Amazing! Best lunch buffet in RB. The owner/staff treated us as if we were guests in their home. Delicious food and friendly service....what else can you ask for?
