What an amazing food truck! If it’s one thing you take away from this review, it’s this: you NEED to eat the chowmein noodles and the paneer steamed momos! We loved it so much we were back for a second meal here within two days! The owner said chowmein is his specialty- as it rightly should be! If someone can make chowmein this good - they should absolutely be selling it so the rest of us can relish! The food: Veg chowmein with egg🔥 - incredibly good, maybe the best I’ve ever had. Even the egg cooked into it was so flavorful. It was perfectly oily in a way that it adds flavor not oiliness. Great portion size - and no heartburn at all even after wolfing down large portions 😅. The chicken chowmein is just as good. Paneer steamed momos - flavorful and delicious Veg steamed momos - good but not as awesome as the paneer ones Chicken momos - my partner said they were great! All the steamed momos have great texture and good filling to cover ratio. We’ve not yet tried the fried momos. The jhol momos are served steamed with a separate container with the jhol (peanut based runny sauce - it was interesting but will likely not be a repeat item for me). Tea - elaichi (cardamom) tea, not too strong, tasted good! The owner gave us a cup free since he said he was trying to finish the tea thermos for the day, sweet of him to do so. Service: friendly! It does take 10-15 minutes for the food to be prepared but that’s because it’s made fresh! There’s a website that you’ll can place orders on for pickup so if you order ahead you won’t have as much of a wait. Food truck seating: covered seating with 4-5 picnic tables and turf on the ground. Not super clean but not unclean either. Although there are already quite a few bugs around even in late March evening hours; not wanting to mistakenly add extra protein in our meals (🐞) we got our order for takeaway.

What an amazing food truck! Was craving some samosas and chaat after Taraweeh at the masjid and decided to try this place. Gotta say it hit the spot. The lady working was very sweet and prepared everything fresh and hot. Highly recommended 💯 oh and it’s all hand cut Zabiha Halal!

If you're on the hunt for a culinary adventure that fuses the rich flavors of Indian, Thai, and Nepali cuisines, look no further than Curries & Momos in Round Rock. This vibrant new food truck is making waves with its eclectic menu and bold, authentic tastes. During my visit, I indulged in the Chicken Chili Momos and the Chow Mein, both of which left a lasting impression. Chicken Chili Momos: These Fried momos were filled with succulent, spiced chicken and smothered in a fiery chili sauce that packed a punch. The heat was intense yet balanced, allowing the savory flavors of the chicken to shine through. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste and texture, making it a must-try for spice enthusiasts. Chow Mein: The Chow Mein featured perfectly stir-fried noodles tossed with crisp vegetables and tender pieces of meat. The dish boasted a harmonious blend of savory and umami notes, with a subtle hint of smokiness from the wok. The portion was generous, and the flavors were well-balanced, making it a satisfying choice for any palate. Curries & Momos brings a unique and exciting dining experience to Round Rock, offering a fusion of flavors that are both bold and authentic. Whether you're a fan of spicy dishes or prefer something more mild, their diverse menu has something to satisfy every craving. Don't miss out on this culinary gem—your taste buds will thank you. Most importantly, he is serving crescent hand cut chicken and no cross contamination.

I stumbled across this food truck off County Rd 110 in round rock. The food was amazing, great portions The staff amazing. They were very friendly as I was waiting for my order. They offered me a complimentary chai tea, which was also delicious. I recommend this place as a 10 and will be back

I eat a lot of Nepali food, and this place really impressed me. The chowmein and momos are the best I’ve had in Austin. I’m here on vacation, and this spot truly hit the mark.

Delicious and decent spice level, although I wish there was an “extra spicy” option. Will be ordering again.
