If you’re looking for good, home cooked style vegetarian food, look no further. I have ordered from this place many times and it has not once disappointed me. They have so many different food items to chose from and they also serve mithai (Indian sweets) which are made to perfection. Quality of food - food is cooked in desi ghee and tastes really good. Quality of service - service is good, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s not a sit down joint where food is brought to your table. Once you place the order, you will be called to collect your food. Parking - ample parking space available Recommendations - Dosa, Thali of the day and Pastries. Their portion sizes are good, so I recommend going with a few people and ordering bunch of food to share.
Their thali of the day is the best. Specially the dal makhni. Amount is great for the price. But other items are so so. One example would be the gol gappa which was bland and filling inside the gol gappas were minimal. However, definitely worth visiting again.
Great food! We went here for brunch yesterday and it was amazing! The service was as great as the food. We ordered chole bhaturae, aloo prantha, and paneer aloo bread pakora. Everything was pipping hot and tasted so good! Pakorae were good for what they were but it wasn’t what I was expecting but Iooking forward to trying their paneer pakorae next time! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu :) oh, and path playing in the background was so nice!
Authentic yummy Chole Bhature & Delicious thali of the day (I would Recommend Tawa roti instead of naan and Dal makhani in the thali - it’s amazing) It’s a Punjabi restaurant so I think better to try their authentic dishes!
So far, everything that I tried here was outstanding. This time we got samosas and paneer pakodas. The samosas are only a dollar each, and they are huge. Not to mention delicious. I could just order a few of those and be good for lunch. The paneer pakodas are double stuffed, with a layer of spices and herbs in the middle. And the breading they use is crispy and loaded with flavor. I also personally like that there is no meat on the menu, so no need to worry about cross contamination if you don't eat meat. I'm definitely going to be a regular here.
I went on a road trip with my husband and stopped by guruji foods. During our visit we ordered rava masala dosas and cholle bhaturas, which were both delicious. I had never tasted anything like that before. It is highly recommended that you visit this restaurant if you are in the area at the time of your visit
