Loved everything about this place! The serve was kind and attentive. The drinks (Punjabi Mule) was delicious and huge! The food was so so good! We gpt the chicken Tikka and the butter chicken. both got medium spice level and it had a decent amount of spice, I took it for leftovers and it got to be too spicy for me the next day but it had amazing flavors! I really liked the chicken Tikka had some chunks of tomato, onion, and other veg (maybe eggplant?) In it which was a huge plus to me. The inside was thoughtfully decorated and, to my surprise, we were the only people that dined in! There were quite a few doordashers that came in which is cool but i totally think this place was worth going to in person! Oh and get the Puri for an appetizer! It was soo good we ate them before I could get a picture.
What a special treat! The flavor; outstanding, as well as the presentation. If you are into giving your taste buds a thrill, this is where you want to be. I started with the chef’s special; Dhai Puri. The flavor begins on the outside and as you begin to work your way inside, you are thrilled with the sweetness and spiciness at the same time. The Kadhai with chicken was immersed in a thick gravy sauce with a whisk of cream. Medium spice was enough to give my taste buds something to savor. I wiped my plate, clean with the garlic naan. this is a place you will want to come to. The service and friendliness was exceptional as well.
Let’s start with the service. Rakesh was AMAZING i don’t think I’ve had better service anywhere else in Colorado, including the higher end dining establishments where you would expect a different level of service. He was so patient and kind, helping describe the foods we were interested in. Constantly checking back in on our table to see how things were to our liking and if we needed anything, from refills to more plates and silverware, removing finished platters. he even held the door for us as we left. Now you wouldn’t expect the presentation of the food to be so top tier being that from the outside it’s in a smaller strip mall with other shops having grab and go items. This is not the case. The presentation of the food was well thought out. The ambiance, lighting, temperature in the room, quietness of the guests, and comfort of the seating really had us feeling like we were home. Now most important, the food. Chicken was so tender, easy to cut through with a butter knife, sizzling and PACKED with the right amount of flavor. The breads were very light and fluffy. Nothing was too spicy, more “spiced” then “spicy”. And the deserts were spectacular! The perfect size after a filling meal. Sweet but more of a “breakfast donut” sweet. You could almost taste the time it took to handcraft these deserts. Nothing tasted store bought , or artificially sweetened. Rakesh even brought us a desert on the house to sample for the table. Very authentic Punjabi, I would add this to my regular dining restaurants list. Can’t wait to come back, hopefully we get Rakesh again!
We celebrated a friend‘s birthday here and thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine. We asked for recommendations and Rakesh made our dining experience a very enjoyable one with his attention to detail and thoughtful approach. We all left sated and looking forward to returning to try more of the menu.
The food was absolutely delicious and the server was both friendly and attentive. We love spicy, and they certainly delivered! They also have a full bar available. The water is room temperature, but you could request ice if you’d like! The atmosphere was also soothing and unique.
The food was soooo good! I visited for lunch on a whim, and was super happy I did. I had the lunch deal (3 curries, rice and naan). Got the rogan josh, butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. The curries were really really good. The ambiance was also nice, and I enjoyed the music they had on. Service was great as well. I highly recommend, and I hope to go back soon. Edited review to add picture of my second visit, two weeks later :) so good!
Still trying to figure out how to make this a 6 star review. Having been to the region and seeing the high reviews- I was skeptical. This place is outstanding. If you are new to ethnic tastes, come here first- and never go anywhere else. Don’t forget to enjoy an India Pale Ale with your dinner, they feature a few micros on pour. Portions are as generous as the staff. Plan to have lots remaining for the next day’s lunch. In an age of skimping and cutting corners, this place is a refreshing return to quality and hospitality. Come here now.
