Himalayan Grocery Store & Kitchen

The food is excellent. I have the opportunity to eat Indian food as my students (natives of India) often bring me dishes. This tastes exactly the same. I love it. The food is spicier than what most people would be used to, though not as spicy as what my students typically make. I will be returning.

Great food. Always the right amount of heat whether you like it mild or spicy. The garlic cheese naan is amazing.

My daughter took our family here for dinner while we were in town for OSU's homecoming. Wow! From the service to the food, it was all exceptional. Try this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent business, we are unfortunately stationed in Enid, Oklahoma where dining options are very limited. Himalayan Grocery store and kitchen is a diamond in the mud. The Cook Chang cooks excellent Chicken, Tikka Masala and Paneer. Naan is always toasted well and the staff are always very friendly. We looked for any excuse to take the 1 1/2 hour drive to Stillwater to enjoy this excellent Indian Food. We used them for Catering for my wifes promotion and the guests absolutely loved it. We will miss this business greatly when we leave, it was our shining dining experience in Oklahoma.

I've been here twice now. The first time some friends introduced us to the place, and we had the butter chicken. It was soooo good! I've been wanting to go back, but couldn't remember where it was. Tonight, I found them again, and this time had the chicken jalfrezi. Okay, I don't rave about food. I enjoy good food, but I can't remember the last time I had something that left me over the moon with how delicious it was. Twice now the Himalayan Kitchen has left me raving!

Originally went in to get my Wife Indian themed take out for her birthday, at the time they were upgrading the kitchen and it was closed so I opted to just get some frozen options from the grocery store. The gentleman behind the counter was more than helpful in helping me find things for her to try and she had been going back since. Kitchen is Fantastic! We have loved every dish we’ve tried. I have even taken leftovers to curry loving co-workers that said it’s the best they’ve had.

It's a great Indian restaurant. The curry dishes were freshly made. We enjoyed meeting and spending time with the owner. He and his staff make the extra effort to ensure the patrons are taken care of. The spiciness of the food can be tailored to your taste. Will be back. A definite must for first-time or seasoned curry food lovers.
