Guru India Restaurant

So we decided to try something NEW to me for my birthday dinner today, and we are blown away! We started with keema samosas, scrumptious!!! Add the mint or onion sauce/dips to this! Divine! I ordered mater paneer and my husband had chicken shahi korma and we split the garlic naan and the paneer naan … we could not stop “happy dancing” while we ate. The flavors just transport you to another world! Already text our friends & family to get here now! Can’t recommend it enough and Babu our server was very attentive, friendly and helpful!

Absolutely amazing place, came here to eat for my birthday. The family who runs it is very nice and accommodating. Will absolutely return and recommend to anyone who likes Indian food to come eat here. All of the food was out very quickly and was very hot. We had Babu as our server and he did an excellent job making sure our table was taken care of!! Tell you this, lamb Biryani was so good I said I didn't need utensils and went in hand only. Remember only use right hand!!!! Naan is phenomenal, more of a flatbread naan than a yeast risen fluffy naan but they have a huge selection of different naan and everything. If you like lamb you will absolutely love this place!!!

Every single dish was delicious and perfectly created. We started with the mixed vegetable appetizer, followed by entrees saag paneer and chicken tikka masala with onion naan. Wonderful chef! Our server Babu was genuinely kind and took great care of us. It’s rare to receive such great service! We can’t wait to come back.

During our spring break trip to Tennessee, we had lunch at Guru Indian Restaurant. The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. The portions were large, and the prices were reasonable. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had the best time. Babu was our server and he treated us so well. He was very attentive, and kind. We had small children with us and he was great with them. The food was exceptionally delicious. Service was superb. I highly recommend going here!!!!!
