Ono Bar & Grill Indian cuisine

Indian food is a cuisine we aren’t very familiar. Everything we tried from the butter naan to the tikka chicken and the lentil soup were fantastic and full of flavor. The atmosphere was casual but nice. Service was excellent and they helped us choosing our dishes.

The Staff was very kind. Dinner was great. They are able to adjust the spice level to your specific taste. Mine is very low spice and my wife likes hers very spicy. The naan hit the spot and goes so well with curry. Thanks for a great experience.

The food was fresh, delicious and made perfectly to our liking. The naan and roti was fresh out do the tandoor. The servers were courteous and very responsive to our very need. The best was the chai. They also have dosa and chana batura that they serve for lunch. So we are definitely going back there. Awesome place if you are craving for some authentic Indian food. We did go back for chola batura. The batura was made to perfection, fluffy and not like the maida puris served in some of the restaurants. An authentic batura that I had after a long time. Tried their pani puri and gulab jamun that was delicious too.

We had yummiest garlic naan here. We ere on our honeymoon in Kauai for 7 days and almost all day we had dinner here and we enjoyed the food. Delicious pani puri , paprika chaat, dosa, my favorite gulab Jamoon , and kulfi.❤️❤️ for Pooja and master Chef Ruchit

Had lunch here and the Spice level was perfect for us! Their medium level is proper Indian spicy hot so go for mild if want the flavor but not much spice! We ate the Palak paneer and coconut curry with vegetables with tandoori roti, everything was tasty. Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Indian Food in Kauai – A Must-Try! We stumbled upon The Ono Bar and Grill Indian Restaurant during our stay in Kauai, and wow – what a gem! I usually don’t seek out Indian food while on vacation, but this place completely changed that. The food is absolutely amazing – so good that we ended up placing non-stop orders throughout our stay! We tried the Coconut Chicken Curry, Coconut Lamb Curry, Coconut Ono Fish Curry, Chicken Biryani, and Raitha – every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. If I had to pick a favorite, it would hands down be the Coconut Fish Curry – fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. The owner, Pooja, is super friendly and welcoming. If you’re lucky, you might even get to meet her adorable baby girl, who brings even more charm to the place. If you’re in Kauai and craving something comforting and delicious, don’t miss this spot. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem of an Indian Restaurant in Kauai…this place took us by surprise. Came here off a friends rec and it was totally worth it. We got the samosas, chicken tikka masala, the vegetable korma, and the garlic naan. The food was amazing! It’s hard to find good Indian food that you can talk about over and over again .. I would come back just for this.
