This was our first time to Vayals Indian kitchen. We were very satisfied.. from the moment we entered we were greeted by the delightful aromas of spices and flavor, we were kindly greeted by the staff, we were kindly greeted upon every dish being served! We had the Veg samosas, vegetable biryani, garlic naan, and masala dosa.. Even with the no meat options, every dish was exquisite! So delicious! The flavors are so authentic! They serve a very decent portion for the prices. We both ate and were full and even had some left over. The service was impeccable! We definitely will be returning!! Thank you so much!
Vayal Restaurant is a fantastic spot for South Indian cuisine in Phoenix, offering the most authentic experience I’ve found in the area so far! The food is exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every palate. I highly recommend the options—vada sambar, Kerala parotta, chicken curry, and chicken biriyani are absolute must-tries, each packed with incredible flavors. The service is top-notch, and the hospitality truly stands out, making you feel warmly welcomed. The interiors are stylish and comfortable, with clean restrooms adding to the pleasant experience. Parking is conveniently available right out front, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality. Vayal is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious South Indian food with great vibes!
My wife found this place on Google and we took a chance and went to eat some Indian food here. We were delighted and pleasantly amused. Everything was authentic. The weight staff especially Bobby was most welcoming. He put special songs for my granddaughter to see on the television. I highly recommend the goat curry, the garlic naan, the butter chicken, and the bread from South India called Porrata. My granddaughter got a mango lassi. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We like the food so much that we went back twice again. Before our flight was leaving Phoenix Arizona, we squeezed in a final lunch also. If Bobby is there, his hospitality will make your food taste better!!!
Absolutely loved the Masala Dosa and Mysore Dosa; both were bursting with flavor and perfectly crisp! The chutneys were equally amazing, each one adding its own delicious touch. Can’t wait to go back for more! 🙏🏽💕🤤
We went this restaurant with group of friends and we ordered variety of dishes and everything was delicious and you feel the authentic taste especially chicken curry with paratha is delicious. Staff was friendly and food was tasty. Extensive menu and lovely decor. Really enjoyed the chicken korma and chicken biryani. They were very accommodating for members of our group with dietary restrictions.
Wish I had more butter chicken on my plate because it was really good! I got the platter unknowingly but got to try different things and they were all good. Veg samosa was very fresh and delicious. They’re on top of their service, made sure my cup was never empty. Felt kinda funny it being in a lunch tray lol but great experience
