This one time morning breakfast event was worth trying. First time we have tried Gujarati Shurti breakfast and it was best food we have in Austin. Hope they have similar events every month

I visit Egg Laari regularly—especially when I have guests in town. It’s become a go-to spot, and without fail, everyone I bring absolutely loves it. The food is packed with flavor (don’t hesitate to ask for the Desi-style spice level if you like some heat!), and the variety on the menu is impressive. The service is always warm and humble, which adds to the charm. My guests often leave saying they enjoyed Egg Laari more than any fancy restaurant we have been to. It’s a hidden gem that consistently delivers a memorable experience. Suggest ordering many dishes and share for best experience.

Great food. Customizable. Small powerful menu. The service is top notch. Lot of benches to sit and spend time with your friends and family.

Everything I had at EggLaari was absolutely incredible! The Khakra pizza was not only delicious but surprisingly light, making it perfect for a quick snack or meal on the go. And don't even get me started on the half fry and gotalo bursting with flavor and ahh so-spicy! But what really blew me away was the Spicy Maggie with Amul butter & cheese – a total game changer! If you're an egg lover like me and craving that authentic Egg Laari experience from India right here in Austin, this food truck is an absolute gem. Highly recommend stopping by!!!
