The masala puri was absolutely delicious and served piping hot, making it the perfect treat for a winter evening. Every time we’ve tried something here, the dish has been delicious. By far, the best chaat in Austin! Highly recommend this place for anyone craving tasty and flavorful street food. Can’t wait to visit again!
MUST VISIT if you miss/crave for AUTHENTIC BOMBAY CHAAT. Suresh and Karima are amazing cooks which proves by the taste in their food. We had Pani puri, vada pav and ragda pattice and each dish took me back to Bombay. Definitely recommend.
We have tasted almost all chats here. Everything is very good both in terms of quality and quantity. And very tasty too.
Stopped by here when we were in town. The food was delicious and made to order. We had the samosas and pav bhaji. Both were fresh and flavorful. Too bad we weren't in town long enough for me to try other menu items but I'm sure they're delicious too!
We enjoyed all the items we ordered here. The weather was great with some nice 90s hindi classic songs from the food truck. We got samosa chaat, dahi puri, pav bhaaji and thandai to drink. There was a crowd, so food took some time to come. The samosa chaat was good while the dahi puri tasted great it was soggy. The pav bhaaji tasted nice and the drink was cool and refreshing with a lot of almonds. Overall everything was delicious but I do think the items are pricier here compared to other chaat food trucks
Chapati Chat is a must-visit food truck! I tried the Samosa Chat and Pav Bhaji, and both were absolutely amazing. The Samosa Chat had the perfect balance of crispy, spicy, and tangy flavors. Highly recommend checking them out!
The pav bhaji at Chatpati Chat was an absolute delight! The fragrant blend of spices in the bhaji was perfectly balanced, creating a rich and flavorful base. The pav was soft and buttery, complementing the robust vegetable curry. Each bite was a burst of authentic Indian flavors that transported me to the streets of Mumbai. The dish was generously garnished with fresh coriander and diced onions, adding a refreshing touch. The friendly service and vibrant atmosphere at the food truck enhanced the overall experience. A must-try for any food enthusiast! The second picture is of the Chatpatti Special Chaat which is an exquisite blend of flavors and textures. From the crispy papdi to the savory lentil donut, topped with unique tooti frooti, crunchy sev, tangy red tamarind, and vibrant green coriander/chilli chutneys, it's a five-star street food masterpiece.
