I've been meaning to review this place for some time now. I had a lovely experience. This place has a calm & soothing atmosphere. Also, I had one of the best Mai Tais of my life here, and I came back a second time just for this cocktail. Their complimentary papads with the imli chutney were nice and so were the kebabs. Same with the entree (chicken makhni) - it just hit the right spot with the perfect blend of cream, nuts, and spices and was yum yum with both Basmati rice and naan. On a second visit, took the shrimp pakora and liked it. My bf took a lamb specialty (most likely Rogan josh) and liked that as well. PS: third visit, and as an Indian, I can vouch this is easily one of the best Indian places in the NH/MA area. Their Manhattan cocktail is terrific as well. My mom and I, both from Calcutta India (birthplace of the rasmalai dessert) agree that it's really a very good rasmalai!!! Special shout-out to Shailenera from Nepal for his exceptional warm service!! Would def come back again.
This place was recommended to me by a coworker, and I’m glad I tried it. Everything was very delicious and flavorful. You can choose the level of spice depending on your tolerance. Definitely worth trying this restaurant!
I’ve been coming to Kashmir for a VERY long time and have brought many people who have never had any sort of Indian food and they have NEVER had a bad meal!! Kashmir is top tier no one can really compare I use to live in the area and have now moved away and drive over 35 min just for Kashmir, try the butter chicken MILD (I’m a whimp) u won’t be disappointed ;) I’ve been going long enough that I remember when the owner and his wife brought in their newborn to meet everyone, amazing staff and amazing family and the food is out of this world. 10 stars. ⭐️
Kashmir is actually one of the most underrated businesses that are on route 28, and definitely my FAVORITE food in the area to be completely honest! They are an entirely independent, family owned restaurant operating in an area where the majority of businesses are franchises. The atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing and the servers and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food itself is absolutely PHENOMENAL and I can confidently recommend anything on the menu from my recent experience during a buffet which they operate mid-day on the weekends. I tried a little bit of everything, and not only was it extremely satisfying, but it was also extremely delicious and VERY reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food that was received! There is background music, always very appropriately themed, and the aroma of the restaurant is so relaxing and always makes me so relaxed and ready to eat! I will be leaving the area soon, but before my departure it has been important to me to put my friends on to this gem of a local eatery, and hopefully bring some folks who haven't gone here yet to their doors with a stellar review which they so greatly deserve! Thank you for reading, and if you are on your way to Kashmir after reading this, enjoy your Dinner!
My family and I dined at Kashmir Indian Cuisine and tried the Lamb Saag, which was absolutely delicious. Though they were quite busy, which made the service a bit slow, the quality of the food made up for it. For children with selective tastes, I recommend the chicken pakora or the chicken kabobs with rice. Both are sure hits!
Very good authentic Indian food at reasonable prices. We tried some appetizers, masala tea and stuffed sweet bread and everything is good quality. Samosa here is one of the best when they make fresh. We got freshly prepared hot samosas it was crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. The Kashmiri naan was tasty with nuts, resins, and coconut. Finally the masala chai was also great. They added fresh ginger and cardamom to the tea.
Went in for the lunch buffet with my partner today, and everything was great! Great variety of options, including vegetarian dishes. Would definitely go back!
