This place is 100% authentic. I had no idea what I was ordering, so I just ordered and dug in! So so so good. I ordered the hot. And boy it was hot! I love this place! Their garlic bread is amazing too!! They don't serve drinks cold. No ice in the water, and if you order sweet tea, you get a creamy, hot, chai tea. Unexpected but loved it! I think the no ice thing helps the heat in the food honestly. I have no complaints at all! Great little find!
This is a very good Indian restaurant. Their food is very good every time. Their service and atmosphere is also very good.
This was a great find along the highway and totally unexpected! We had the butter chicken and usually do spice ok but “mild to medium” and it was a bit too spicy so careful with what you ask for but was awesome. The tandoori chicken was phenomenal. The onions really brought it up a level. The riati is an entire pint size! Naan was a delicate balance of crisp and soft. Great parking and even has a truck stop across the street so big rig and trailer friendly parking. Will be sure to hit on future drives through the area.
This is an Indian food place just outside of Nashville where food is served Dhaba style. Excellent food in a clean establishment at a truck stop. Tandoori Roti, Chicken Curry, Paneer Pakora, Aaloo Tikki were all good.
This hidden gem in Kingston Springs is serving up killer indian grub in a small log cabin with a couple of tables and counter service. I'm not a huge fan of counter service but it does not take away from the meal we had. I had lamb curry and my buddy had butter chicken. Both were delicious and both had good heat. The butter Naan was light and crispy and the rice was fluffy and cooked right. Here's the Breakdown: Great smells +1 star; yummy curry +1 star; crisp Naan +1 star; cool interior space +1 star; indian food near my buddy's place +1 star I'll go again
Very beautiful restaurant. Wooded interior & exterior, very clean place. Very accessible and convenient parking from Petro. I read the reviews and ordered a little spicy than medium, bcuz the reviews said they make it mild if you ask for medium - is not correct. Order medium if you want medium. Food taste amazing. The butter chicken was great. Rotis were nice and soft as well.
Nice and tasty food, good location (right on Interstate highway 40). Tried first time, liked hence visited again while coming back on the same route.
