Because of its location in statesboro Georgia my expectations were pretty low. Also because of this I hold tandoor and tap to a lower standard, that is, it’s easier to impress me here. And impress me they did! The food was great, and legit. I got the tandoor half chicken but I tried many dishes. It was a no BS no trickery good Indian spot to eat.
The food was AMAZING. Some of it was spicy but if you don’t care for spice there are plenty of options. We had the buffet. So many delicious options and plenty of GF. An outstanding meal. Service was attentive and friendly. Restaurant was very clean as was the restroom.
I totally recommend this place and plan on going back while we’re in Statesboro! We were seated promptly and got recommended the Gobi Manchurian by Karla, our lovely waiter. Everything came out quickly, and it was delicious! The Tandoori Chicken was good, but the Tandoori Lamb was the best lamb I’ve ever tried. Also, the restrooms were clean and had stunning ceiling tiles. I’d definitely come back!
Everything here was absolutely delicious. We had a relatively large order and it was out hot and fresh in no time. Service was so friendly from the door to the table. Even the Chef came out to speak (very kind). Portions are large enough to share. Definitely go. Try something new, you'll enjoy yourself.
Friendly staff and absolutely delicious Indian food. Very traditional but the craft cocktails are out of this world. It’s one of my favorite spots in Statesboro!
I love this place ! The food was cooked exceptionally well. Everything came out beautifully and tasted just as so. I was transported by the flavors. Up until my visit the closest thing I’d had to real Indian food was what I had made at home. I am eagerly awaiting my return. We ordered as many things as we could fit on the table. My favorites were the butter chicken and basmati rice, garlic cheese naan, the Biryani, bhindi masala and the Gobi Manchurian
i never had indian food before it was my first time and i had curry lamb tandoori chicken butter chicken and gobi manchurian hands down the best food in statesboro it was amazing
