Taj Stamford

Solo lunch at Taj today. Was in the mood for Indian food, and man did they delivere! I love this place. Food is always on point and they're always so hospitable. One of my favorite appetizers to get is the tandoori chicken wings, was juicy and flavorfulas usual. Went with the lamb Chettinad for my entree today and it sure didn't disappoint 👌🏾. The portion size tho! I stuffed my face, and still have lunch for the next two days 😋 . Looking forward to try their Sunday buffet next!

The food was absolutely amazing. The appetizers are huge, they really give you very good quantities. Paneer Butter Masala was my favorite, I really did custom this dish asking for less oil, and to make it spicy and they really delivered. Definitely recommend!!

The best Indian food we’ve ever had, and the nicest staff! We’ve gone twice now, and both times they’ve given us complimentary items. The staff is very knowledgable about the allergen information on the menu, and the place is very vegan friendly with clearly marked options on the menu.

This is my go to Indian restaurant in Stamford. May it be lunch specials, full fledged dinners, or an all you can eat buffet, I’m a frequent flyer at this joint. The place never disappoints…the choices are limited but I’ve tried most of the vegetarian ones and none of those have let me down. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive; they entertained my parents really well when I took them the first time during their visit!

This was our second time visiting Taj Mahal, and both times we had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent as well. All the servers were so kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal. Everything from the presentation of the food to the friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Taj Mahal to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back

Had such a wonderful experience. I sat at the bar, and the gentleman was very kind and explained the menu and any questions we had. The drinks were not only beautiful but very delicious. The food is outstanding. Recommend the butter chicken and the shrimp appetizer.

Excellent experience!! Highly recommend! We ordered the wings for appetizer and 3 entrees, all which were delicious! Drinks were also great! Our server was very attentive as well as the other staff! They all made sure we were taken care of ensured everything was to our liking! They even gave us a little dessert treat on the house!! Will definitely be back when in the area
