We had dinner at this place yesterday and tried their paper masala dosa. We also tried their Gobi Manchurian, veg Biryani, buttermilk and Badam kheer. Everything was delicious, but I think the masala dosa was the best. Though Gobi Manchurian could be a tad bit better. The service was also good. The food arrived on time, and my overall experience was great. I had heard a lot about this place because itβs completely vegetarian, and I was really impressed with how well they met my expectations. The food, service, and everything else was great, and Iβm definitely going back again soon!
Been here many times. My go to dish is chole batura. But I prefer the korma so I don't have any chole in my chole batura dish π€. We also ordered the filtered coffee which is always a must. My other friends ordered the medu vada, appam (new), iddiyappam (new) and the cheese dosa. The iddiyappam was good, but the korma that come with it was just ok. I prefer to have it with the korma from chole batura more. Overall, the food are good and we always enjoy our time here. It's like a tradition to have brunch here every time my friends are visiting.
The service done by Hari, and ambiance are good. After 2 months we have been to veg South Indian restaurant. Idly, pongal, coffee is very good the dosa tasted is also good and potato masala also. The cashier was very helpful. The taste of Ven Pongal was a highlight.
South Indian cuisine is known for its vibrant flavors; i.e. dosas (Indian crepe), idlis, and sambar, often served with spicy chutneys and tangy rasam. Sarvana Bhavan is a must try for those wanting to explore these flavors. We tried Rava and Paneer dosa and both were great! Just wish they shredded paneer instead of cubes. Then we had the hot gulab jamuns with traditional filtered coffee. It was like the warm soul food as we are transitioning into fall season. All the chutneys were yuuummyy! Perfect place for gluten free and vegan folks. Service was really good and the place was clean.
Excellent service and very tasty food . Mind it , itβs not spicy or oily food like any fast food and regular indian restaurants. Food is very good and prices are very reasonable. Our order arrived very quickly by the time we washed our hands.Good washrooms and washbasin . Staff is very friendly and helpful.Decent parking and convenient location.
This restaurant exclusively serves vegetarian dishes and offers delicious South Indian cuisine in generous portions. Itβs usually quite busy. I ordered the chana bature; the chana was just okay, but the poori was fantastic! I recommend ordering the Thali for an interactive experience. The Thali includes a variety of curries and sweets, making every bite an adventure with its diverse flavors. Overall, my experience was good.
I had been craving South Indian breakfast food for quite a while, when a friend suggested this place. Having heard of the good reputation of this chain, we were excited to eat here, and they sure did not disappoint!! Fluffy idlis, crispy medhu vada, delicious dosa and some perfect filter coffee β satisfied all our cravings and more! Can't wait to come here again and again. Would definitely recommend!!
