This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant. I have been coming here since I moved to CA, about 15 years ago. I am a very particular eater and Jaipur has never disappointed me or anyone I have brought here, and I have brought just about every important person in my life during this time. The lunch buffet is my favorite — I’m so glad it’s still here and I really hope I can keep enjoying this place for the next 15, 30, 45 years…
I had my wedding dinner here a couple of weeks ago and it was the best decision we could have made! The food was delicious and we got many of our guests complimenting it as well. The service was very professional and on top of things. The restaurant itself is very cute and had the perfect atmosphere for our intimate beach wedding. Would come here again for big events and even just for regular dinner/lunch! Beli, the owner of the restaurant, was very easy to work with to book the restaurant and choose our buffet options. Love this place and many thanks to those that work here! You all helped make our wedding amazing!
Love this place, the lunch buffet had a good selection and was soooo yummy and only $19. Will definitely be returning here a lot for lunch!
First, I’ll say, the staff were absolutely amazing! They took their time to explain menu items to me (as I’ve never been to an Indian restaurant before). Secondly, The Indian tea was different but I’d definitely order it again. My favorites from the buffet were the Tandoori chicken, Dal, Sag, Cucumber Salad, Chicken Makhni (hopefully I spelled these correctly). There wasn’t anything I ate that I didn’t enjoy! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you all so much for a great experience.
Food was really good. Big fan of the rice pudding. And very affordable! Totally recommend it
Had a nice masala tea and veg cutlet, taste was close to authentic and the food felt fresh. Price is decent too and the restaurant has a nice ambiance for dining in. Staff was pleasant. Not sure about the main course since I haven't tried but will try it next time.
For starters we were warmly welcomed in for dinner and invited to a table. By the time we left, all tables were taken, and the restaurant was at full capacity, and I could see why. The food was Delicious! The little fresh homemade chutneys and sauces were sooo good, especially the sweet pickled carrot chutney with lemon peel...what an incredible Flavor party. The prawns masala curry was amazing and the rich flavorful sauce was so good that we dipped our warm buttery homemade garlic naan in it long after the prawns were gone...and it remained warm because the curries are all served in little individual tabletop serving pots with warmers. The lamb curry was so good that even my picky 9 year old loved it! The samosas, both lamb and potatoe were incredibly flavorful. The potatoe ones are slightly spicy but my 9 year old loved the lamb samosas and the sweet tamarind sauce. The saffron rice with green peas was soooo good. Everything was fresh, delicious and we will be be going back again! Overall this place has Amazing food and warm welcoming attentive service!
