Our wedding tasting was such a wonderful experience! The chef took time to explain each dish and made excellent recommendations. We ended up going with the mixed grill and vegetable biryani - our guests haven't stopped talking about it. The service during the event was flawless too. Worth every penny!
Our office holiday party was a huge success thanks to this catering service! The vegetarian options were just as incredible as the meat dishes, which made all our guests happy. The staff was so friendly and kept everything running smoothly. The samosas disappeared in minutes - next time we'll have to order double!
The best Indian/Nepalese food I've had outside of the Himalayas! Every spice was perfectly balanced - flavorful but not overwhelming. The paneer dishes were a hit with our vegetarian friends, and the chicken tikka was so tender. The staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event.
The presentation alone was worth five stars! Each dish looked like it came straight from a high-end restaurant. The flavors were even better than the appearance though - complex, authentic, and so satisfying. The team even accommodated our last-minute request for extra vegetarian options without any issues.
Our corporate event went off without a hitch thanks to this amazing team! They set up quickly and kept the buffet line moving smoothly. The butter chicken was outstanding - rich, creamy and perfectly spiced. Cleanup was so thorough you'd never know we had catered food.
What sets them apart is their authentic flavors and professional service! You can taste the care in every dish. Our guests commented it was the best catering they've experienced. The chickpea curry was a surprising standout - so rich and satisfying.
Our diverse group of guests all left happy thanks to the wide variety of options! From mild butter chicken to fiery vindaloo, there was something for every palate. The staff was so helpful in explaining dishes to guests unfamiliar with Himalayan cuisine. The dessert platter was the perfect sweet ending.
