Sofi'z Kitchen and Bar

This was our first time to Sofi’z but definitely not the last! The food was AMAZING and the atmosphere was like nothing I’ve ever experienced! It was still decorated for Valentine’s and the restaurant has the most gorgeous appointments, giving it such a classy feel (seriously the most amazing women’s restroom I’ve ever seen!). The owner is so sweet and personable! Please, please try this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely delicious! We had the chicken tikka masala, veggie curry, rice, and garlic naan. The veggie curry was perfectly spicy- not too spicy but not mild either. The tikka masala was so delicious and the sauce on the rice had such a great complex flavor. The atmosphere is lovely. Nice music, gorgeous decorations, and we were made to feel at home. Everything is lovely and welcoming. We had such a wonderful dinner.

Stopped by after project in Chico, at 10:30am was nicely greeted by young man server. Very unique decorated place and atmosphere. Sophia, showed warmed hospitality and took my order. I ordered Lamb chops, they turned out soft and tender. The mint souse was just perfect addition for palette. Rice was freshly served! Will be back!

Great service and food. Sofi is such a nice person. She made our experience quite personal. She made sure everything was just right. The food tasted great and we didn't have to wait too long. Plenty of parking outside. The interior is elegant and the restaurant was quiet. They even played some Iraqi music. 5 out 5 stars.

We will definitely be back!! This was our first time here and it was fantastic. Every dish had an amazing flavor from the appetizers to the sauces and main courses. We had fish, chicken, and goat which were all delicious. So many different flavors, it was a great experience. We simply asked Sofi to bring us anything she recommends and she did not disappoint! We can’t wait to bring our friends and family back to enjoy again! Lovely atmosphere and decor, great spot for our anniversary dinner. The service was also first class and we felt extremely welcome and taken care of. Sofi is extremely caring and made us feel right at home. 10/10!!

My gosh…this place was the most amazing!!! The food was top tier! So flavorful and such good portions for the price! Sophia has the most welcoming personality and is so attentive. The decor wasn’t like any other I’ve seen here in Chico, seriously felt like I was in a whole different city! I highly recommend their rice, butter chicken,tikki masala and Naans as that is what we had! We can’t wait to go back and try more of their options! Sophia you opened an amazing restaurant & the quality is not only seen but tasted and felt!

Tantalize your senses and taste the love in every bite. Treated kindly with light-hearted laughter. Fall of the bone meat. Sofi is a humble woman who cares deeply. This is the best food in Chico combined with an experience that will fill you with astounding flavor, joy and love.
