This place is the best Indian food I’ve had in awhile. Got the lamb roganjosh and chicken korma- the meat is SO tender and the sauces are delicious. The naan was super buttery and perfect. Will def be back soon!
Our first time dining at this restaurant. So impressive, was not expecting this level of dining experience in a small shopping center. Great service. Food was excellent. Garlic naan bread a great dish. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.
Absolutely divine! My partner and I drove two hours from Kentucky for this experience and it did not disappoint. The lunch buffet was well stocked, clean, and full of selections that not only looked and smelled amazing, but tasted like culinary perfection! The staff was very friendly and hospitable, all in all a 10/10 dining experience. We will definitely be back!!
My daughter and I have been on the hunt for the best pani puri and the best gobi Manchurian. Today I believe we found both. I’ve had Sindoore many times, but never their pani puri. It was absolutely incredible. So full of flavor, prefilled, and big. Plus they gave us a gallon of tamarind water like I always want without us asking. Sindoore serves eight pani puris for $7. Just incredible. As for the gobi, I’ve had Sindoore’s gobi Manchurian twice through Uber. Both times it has been delicious. Having it in the restaurant today was a whole other level. It was the most flavorful gobi I’ve ever had. There were pockets of intense flavor as I bit though each piece. It was amazing. $8 and perfect. We also got the veg samosas. They were absolutely delicious and HUGE. You get three, but we’d already eaten two by the time I took the picture. They are seated on the smallest amount of this sweet, sticky glaze. It’s just enough that it adds a completely different layer to the dish. I loved these samosas. $8 for three, but they are the largest samosas I’ve ever had. Finally we got the paneer tikka masala with the rice and an order of garlic naan. By the time these arrived we were absolutely stuffed. We decided to try a few bites and I’m so glad we did. The paneer was firm on the outside, soft on the inside, and large enough pieces that we could cut it into pieces. The sauce was the silkiest sauce ever and a punch of flavor. We ended up having to take almost all of the dish home because we were so full, but it gave us the opportunity to have it for our next meal. #winning. $15 and worth every cent. Side note: we’ve been here in-restaurant three times now and every time the service is impeccable. They are attentive without being annoying. They were kind and welcoming. The decor in Sindoore is absolutely beautiful. I honestly can’t wait to go back.
I’ve visited the buffet several times and ordered from the menu to take home. The food is delicious; the service is polite and professional - they are attentive without being noticed or intrusive. I don’t understand the poor reviews I read from others. I consistently find the remarks untrue. If you enjoy this culture and their dishes, then you should be dining here. I will continue my adventure of trying every Indian restaurant in Nashville; two remain to be visited. So far, Sindoore is hands down the best all around.
I dined during the buffet and the options available were those that would appeal to a broad market. It was also not so large that the dishes offered would age quickly, untouched. The flavor and quality was exceptional and maintained at peak freshness. What a treat! The service was very respectful, polite and efficient. I’ll be back again and I’ll bring friends.
The best parathas across United states, made entirely from wheat, deliver an authentic, flavorful experience. Truly a super delight for paratha lovers!
