What a great find! We stopped by for lunch and were very happy with everything we ordered! Everything was delicious! The service was great and the place is very clean! We will definitely be back soon!
The best food I have had in ages. Proper homestyle cooking with a lot of love. The owners are working hard to make it the best restaurant. I really appreciate you guys. You guys nailed it and i literally remember mumbai when i was small and I use visit my grandparents house. Excellent hospitality. Thank you Lots of love and blessings for you guys.
I stopped here for some takeout after a hair appointment nearby. I got the butter chicken and some rice. It was out of this world and I will definitely be back for more and to try other items. The entry to the restaurant is charming with colorful hanging flowers baskets and colorful umbrellas, and it's clean inside.
Great food, great service! The food is delicious and better than most other Indian places I have tried in LA. Great portion sizes and prices. I normally get a chicken curry with rice - and the Bhuna chicken is perfect if you want something spicy. Chicken kebab curry is a very nice flavour change from the usual spices and butter chicken is pretty good too! I also got the vada pao and I’m very happy i did! I asked for the spicy and they delivered :) felt like I was back home again with this vada pao! They let you taste curries if you are unsure which is very kind and generous of them.
I loved!! Different from what I’ve previously had. It was flavorful but not too crazy in spices. The young lady was so nice and suggested some great options. I really enjoyed the butter chicken super creamy. Will be coming back!
Visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago on a weekday. Very nice and cozy restaurant with ample of Indian dishes available on the menu. We tried sag paneer, dal makhani, naan, masala chai and rice. The curries and dal were really delicious. They also had alu gobi, chhole chana and some eggplant curry on the menu. If you are going in a group, they do have a family combo meal for $60 which serves 3-4 people. On side they also keep various soft drinks including Mango lassi. We did buy mango lassi and it was really good as well. We wanted to try their date and walnut ice cream but they had ran out of that flavor. The staff is super friendly and I believe they do allow tasting of curries before you purchase, which is really helpful in case you want to try out some new dish. The restaurant is in a strip mall and it has ample of parking. We found parking right in front of the restaurant. :) Overall we had a really good experience and will definitely visit again when we are in the town.
They definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to food. Family owned and managed and they’re really good hosts. The food tastes authentic and not westernized. The menu ranges from fast food to full meals. Their service is homey. They definitely try the vada pav, dabeli, masala chai, Bombay style sandwich, sev puri, pav bhaji. They even graciously gave us curries to taste. Def recommended to anyone wanting authentic taste.
