Absolutely phenomenal. I saw this restaurant during Dine LA 2025 and I am so glad I did because I am now a HUGE fan. The food is absolutely and incredibly delicious, and our waiter, Quinton, was the nicest and most attentive waiter we’ve ever had. The experience, the ambience, the location, and most importantly, the FOOD, all exceeded expectations. We will 100% be back and taking our friends and family with us. Thank you!!!
This place is incredible! What an amazing restaurant concept and experience. A truly novel twist on one of the best cuisines of all time. I highly recommend every dish we tried, and can't wait to come back.
It was a very nice experience there! Great service, tasty food, and a beautiful interior. We ordered chicken in truffle marinate and old-fashioned chicken. Both were very good! Indian flavor but not as strong as original Indian cuisine. Absolutely recommend!
Came here for dinner, we ordered pani puri shots, veggie quesadilla for starter taste was so good and for main course we tried Butter chicken with naan is a must try and at last dessert was nice as well...I would definitely recommend this place to any one ...the ambience is great as well.
I dined at Cali Chili during their soft opening and it definitely won’t be the last time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the servers were patient and explained all the dishes, and most importantly, every dish was cooked to perfection. Don’t skip the butter chicken pot pie!
This restaurant has a fantastic ambiance, and I was seated immediately even though I came in near closing time. My waiter Johnny was very pleasant and friendly. The presentation of the biryani was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the biryani and the raita was a nice, smooth addition as well! I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you’re in the downtown LA area.
The restaurant is very clean and the service is great. They use OpenTable, they take card, and you can pay the bill with a QR code which is super convenient. I went for Dine LA and had the following: -Pesto Paneer: mild in flavor, the texture and density of the paneer was slightly firmer which I prefer; the peppers and onion added great flavor to the pesto. -Cali Sticky Ribs: the sauce isn’t too sweet and the spice level is also mild; the meat was very tender and came right off the bone. -Chicken Vindaloo: the chicken was moist, the curry was very flavorful with a medium level of spice. -Vanilla Panna Cotta: a cute little gelatinous/custard treat in a decorative mold shape with a berry sauce that wasn’t too sweet and a few strawberry pieces; a perfect smaller portion after a heavier meal.
