On the Southside of OKC, amidst a plethora of delicious Mexican spots, stands a convenience store. Inside this unassuming store lies a gem of Indian cuisine. Having been there before, I called ahead to place my order. I opted for the chicken biryani and four potato and pea samosas. The gentleman taking my order said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Since I live just five minutes away, I arrived early and found him still frying my samosas. I didnβt mind, knowing they would be fresh yet cool enough to eat upon arrival at my next destination. As always, everything was delicious. The only difference this time was the inclusion of carrots instead of a salad, likely a more sustainable and cost-effective choice than lettuce. The menu is crafted of a few select dishes that are sold from 6 am to 2 am.
Great service and very flavorful food. Itβs in a convenience store so you know you are in the right place. The gentleman explained each dish to us. The chicken biriyani is enough for two or three to share.
Gives off the taste of great homemade Bangladeshi style biriyanis. Portion sizes are great, and so is the meat portion for the chicken biriyani. The ambience is not great but I figured that probably isnβt the purpose of this type of store. One of the best things is that itβs open till late at night so I can grab some to go biriyani till 2am in the morning. Recommend π―
It seems like just a convenient store but then there was some Indian food. I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted butter chicken, but I didn't find it. Got the Chicken Byrani. Wasn't disappointed in flavor or amount, they even had plenty of chicken. Service was really good and that is making me alone, want to spend there again.
Very friendly staff, very delicious food! The curry is so flavorful. You must try the samosas, and if you like sweets the rosgolla are a great choice. They also have Mexican cuisine, which looked really good as well - breakfast burrito, tacos de calles, and tamales.
Butter chicken is delicious and authentic
Best Indian food I've had in Oklahoma and Texas. Being from New Jersey I have been spoiled with great Indian food, this place is the first place I've eaten from where it reminded me of the Indian food in Jersey.
