Honest Indian Vegetarian Restaurant Austin

Excellent and quality pure vegetarian food served here. My personal favorites here are Channa Puri, Cheese Aloo Veggie Sandwich, Peri Peri Potato Fries, Dal Makhani, Butter Roti, Aloo Paratha, Sabudana Vada, Orange Juice, Masala Chai, Fresh Pan and many more.... The service is too good. The staff members Priyanka and Vinay are very friendly and ensure that we have a memorable dining experience. Priyanka is outstanding with her hospitality and serves with a smile, providing helpful suggestions about the food options available. My experience with Honest (Round Rock location) has been truly great and I highly recommend this eatery to anyone who loves pure vegetarian food.

Amazing vegetarian food..We ordered Masala dosa, gravy Manchurian and veg chilli Noodle..our server ALIJA was very sweet and courteous.She made our overall experience super pleasant!!! Will be coming again to Honest!!

Honest Indian delivered a fantastic dining experience. The food was truly exceptional, with highlights like the Mysore masala plain dosa, which was absolutely incredible. The Mango Lassi was refreshing and the Masala Pav was equally delicious. While the Honest Special Pav Bhaji might have benefited from a touch more flavor, perhaps with the addition of garlic chutney, it was still enjoyable. The service was truly outstanding, surpassing expectations.

Honestly, Honest never disappoints. It’s our go place for a quick bite or even dinner. The taste is consistent and service is quick and low key. We’ve tried a lot of curries, vada pav, dahi puri , roti, naan , aloo and Gobi paranthas. The restaurant also is a victim of shrinkflation, the prices are same or they go up but not the quantity. Surprisingly the South Indian food is also well made as most of the menu seems North Indian. We’ve tried a lot of dosa and idli. The chats are tasty and hot. Wada pav is good (they can make it spicy too) Noodles are well made (restaurant style) , not the street food kind. Sandwiches were alright. We love the fact they accept our suggestion to skip butter in a few dishes. We return home not feeling bloated.

An absolute gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for a great dining experience. Highly recommend trying dal makhani it was a standout!

While visiting coworkers in Round Rock, we decided to have lunch at Honest Indian. One of our group was from Mumbai and mentioned that we had to try their Mumbai dishes that reminded her so much of home. The food was excellent and entirely vegetarian. Everyone enjoyed the meal and we always had a server available if we needed. It was a great experience and I want to go back to try some of their other dishes from other regions of India. A must try!
