Fantastic from hello to goodbye! An oasis in tourist central, we stopped in here after meeting friends at the memorial. Food was delicious and the service was even better. Was seated right away, received drinks and Naan, and was relaxed within minutes. Very authentic Indian meals, contrary to what some other reviewers stated. Very fresh as well! Stop by here when in the area and you will not be disappointed!
The food was subtly flavored and the iced tea was fresh and perfect as was the service. If you go at lunch you need to ask for the lunch menu or you’ll pay dinner prices.
Stayed nearby so this was the perfect dinner spot for me tonight. Mr Prasad and the servers were absolutely attentive and friendly. Dinner was delicious. Their starters are the perfect portion if you want to try a few dishes. Definitely recommend.
Best Indian food in lower Manhattan! Service is fantastic and they serve delicious food in very generous portions. Mughlai restaurant is one of my favorites.
Delicious high-quality Indian food (vegetarian and non) in a cozy setting. Service is friendly and warm. I really want to try everything on their menu. They also do great take out.
A little overdue, meant to post sooner but forgot! The food here pack a punch! It’s so flavorful. Everything was delectable. The service was impeccable as well. It’s a cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere.
I dined here with my brothers for dinner and not sure why the other reviews say the staff was ill-mannered but we had an amazing hostess and everyone was attentive and nice. We had a nut allergy and they were very mindful of checking to make sure our food was safe to eat and share. Everything was delicious for sure. Portions are a bit on the smaller side and I did expect at least plain basmati rice to come with the entrees but everything was nonetheless delicious and AUTHENTIC. Home cooked Indian food is always going to be different from restaurant Indian food so that is something to be mindful of. You’re in the FiDi district so everything will be a little more $$$. I have no complaints. Our experience was 10/10.
